Fast Pass Driving School Pupil Matching Service Agreement

• Instructors will be invoiced on monthly basis for all services provided by Fast Pass via email or by post.  Prices will be as stated on the instructor section of the Fast Pass website and will also be stated on the invoice. Invoices must be paid on receipt. Payments should be made directly to Fast Pass via internet banking, Bank transfer to account details supplied, by cheque or via pay pal. (Please remember to take into account postage time and clearance time – around 5 working days). Payees should use their name and ADI number reference when paying in to enable tracking of payments. Please note no pupils will be supplied if invoices are not paid within 2 weeks of receipt of invoice. Non payment of invoices will result in Fast Pass taking action to recover the debts.
  
  
• All Fast Pass affiliated instructors are expected to give good quality instruction as set by the DSA. Pupils should be taught appropriately and instructors should ensure that they learn at an appropriate speed and level and that tests are taken when and if the pupil is ready.
  
  
• Once a pupil has been passed to an instructor then it is their responsibility to keep that customer on their pupil list. Pupil refunds will only be given in extreme circumstances to be decided by Fast Pass and after the Fast Pass office team have contacted the pupil in question to confirm that they are not booked in or taking lessons with said instructor.
  
  
• A prompt reply to pupils, a friendly and helpful manner should ensure the booking of referred pupils. If a new pupil cannot be reached by telephone then we advise you to contact them via txt and to leave a message on an answer machine.
  
  
• Fast Pass aim to provide a professional service to both Instructors and Pupils and therefore we require a prompt reply to referred pupil enquiries. If you do not need the enquiry which has been passed on please let us know ASAP and we can give that enquiry to another instructor. If we have not received notice from you within 12 hours then it shall be assumed that contact with the pupil has been made and that they are booked in for lessons. Fast Pass like to ensure a fast turnaround and to keep new pupils updated.  Fast Pass cannot re-book pupils with another instructor after this 12 hour period as they shall be considered a lost enquiry and therefore you shall be charged for that enquiry.
  
  
• Instructor shall keep car clean, legal, roadworthy and at an appropriate standard to give instruction in. (As decided by Fast Pass).
  
  
• Each Instructor will be responsible for their own accounts and taxation payments to Inland Revenue or other items not provided by Fast Pass.
  
  
• Fast Pass reserves the right to end this service without notice for reasons of misconduct.
  
  
• Fast Pass may on occasion ask instructors to cover other areas or cover for absence of other instructors. Fast Pass will endeavour to provide pupils within the instructor’s locality.

• Minimum vehicle branding will be required to identify you as a Fast Pass affiliate to pupils. Stickers on side or rear window will be sufficient and should be displayed during all instruction. We see this as a small but necessary addition to an instructor’s vehicle and promote confidence to new and prospective pupils and to identify them as part of the Fast Pass Pupil Matching Service.
  
  
• Fast Pass will aim to keep prices at or around the average lesson price for each area. This means a realistic price for the instructor while maintaining value to the customer.
  
  
• Fast Pass may at times provide correspondence regarding methods of instruction, how to convert enquiries to pupils etc. These are for information only and may be of use to improve and maintain a good standard of service.
  
  Fast Pass reserves the right to review prices/service at any time and ensures that as much notice as possible is given.
• All representatives of Fast Pass must act in a professional and friendly manner with regards to Instruction, dress, verbal communication and vehicle. Fast Pass aim to provide excellent customer service at all times. Fast Pass may change terms and conditions at any time.
